About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the specific type of lock and labor required for the job. Before any of our technicians begin work, they will provide you with an accurate price upfront after assessing the situation. This ensures complete transparency and no surprises.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you reach out to us, we start by understanding your needs—whether it’s a lockout, rekeying, or security upgrade. Our technician will arrive promptly, assess the job, and provide a clear explanation and pricing before any work begins. Once approved, we get to work quickly and efficiently, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction before we leave.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians complete a locksmith certification course with the U.S. Locksmith Institution and undergo in-house training with our experienced experts. This ensures that our team is always up to date with the latest security technology and industry best practices.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
Locksmithing is a family trade that started with my grandfather, who passed it down to my father and later to me. My father and I decided to take our expertise to the next level by launching our own company, offering professional locksmith services backed by years of hands-on experience.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with a wide range of customers, including homeowners, businesses, property managers, real estate agents, retail stores, and large commercial facilities. Whether it’s a simple lock change for a homeowner or a high-security system installation for a corporate office, we have the experience and expertise to handle it all.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One of our most challenging and rewarding projects was securing a large commercial building with over 150 offices. We installed a complex master key system and over 600 locks, ensuring each office had controlled access while maintaining top-tier security. The project took about two weeks, and our client was highly impressed with our efficiency, attention to detail, and ability to handle such a large-scale job seamlessly.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always choose a licensed and insured locksmith with a strong reputation. A professional locksmith should be transparent about pricing, provide clear estimates upfront, and have the skills to handle different types of locks and security systems. Look for experience, customer reviews, and fast response times when selecting a locksmith for your needs.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
      - What level of security do I need? (Basic locks, high-security systems, or smart locks?) - Do I need a full lock replacement, or can I rekey my existing locks? - Will I need additional keys, a master key system, or keyless entry options? - How quickly do I need the job done? (Is it urgent, or can it be scheduled?) - What type of locks are best suited for my home or business? By thinking through these questions in advance, you can make the best decision for your security needs and ensure that your locksmith provides the most efficient and cost-effective solution.
