  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
      Phoenix EZ-Keys has a $75 service fee which is automatically included in our quoting. Our prices, (depending on the service of course) will typically range between $100-$300. We take pride in the fact that our prices are some of the lowest in the valley, and only charge what we quote. So, if you're satisfied with our pricing, you can rest assured knowing that price is what you'll get.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
      When working with a customer, we figure out what sort of service they are needing, whether it be: tubular keys, automotive keys, lockout services, etc. After that's been established, we figure out what sort of parts are needed, and then offer a quote. If you're good with our price, then we'll send out someone to help you at your earliest convenience!
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
      Having over 15 years of training in the industry, having proper credentials is a must. Our team is an active member of NARPM, and has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
      Phoenix EZ-Keys was founded in 2008, and primarily worked with bankers and realtors in rekeying properties. Over the last 15 years, we've expanded to a variety of different categories. Our team operates all throughout Arizona, and pride ourselves in living under the mantra: Safety is Key.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
      We work with folks all over the Arizona Valley. From property managers and realtors, to dealerships and just every day Arizona residents, we work with a variety of people.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
      Our team was called out to work on rekeying a property before new tenants moved in out in Phoenix. The property had a variety of locks, and so it was enriching to be able to utilize a variety of skills to pick and rekey the different locks. All in all, the process took a few hours - and we left behind spare keys for the tenants and property manager.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
      If you're looking to hire someone in the area, make sure that they specify beforehand whether they can do the job. Some locksmiths will drive out and charge a service call, without actually being able to handle the project in question.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
      Some good questions to keep in mind are: how soon will you need the project done; what sort of service does it fall under; are you needing parts or do you have the parts on hand. These questions will help get you on your way to resolving your locksmith needs.
