Introduction

I always make sure to give you options, whether it's the cheapest route, the best route, or hopefully both! I have integrity, I'll never try to sell you something I don't think you need. I set up a lot of AirBnb's to be keyless entry, so if you run 1 or more and are in need of making it keyless, be sure to let me know!

About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is the lowest you will find. I am all about the customer saving money anywhere possible. I offer discounts for law enforcement, military and first responders.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a re-key, I ask a series of questions to get a scope of the project. How many keyholes? Do they all have working working keys? Do you want all locks to work with the same key? Then some more specific questions for me to know what is needed to get you to your end goal. Then set up a time to get the project done.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had a great mentor teach me his tips and tricks and how-to's for all things related to residential locks. Then experience took me the rest of the way.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
All kinds. The best customers are those who are willing to learn.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A recent customer I had named Wendy. Through a few extensive phone calls and a walk-through of her home, I replaced several of her outdated locks, set up her guest bedroom with appropriate locks for her to be able to have a renter without being able to access the rest of the house, and and outfitted the exterior door with a keypad lock so we wouldn't have to give out any keys and be set up for the future when she decided to turn that room into an Airbnb.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find someone with honesty and integrity who is looking out for what's best for you, not someone just trying to make money.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What is your end goal? What is you current situation and why do need it fixed or changed? What can you do yourself what do you need a professional for? What is your budget for this project?
