About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am honest, fair and upfront with all my pricing. We also offer veteran, senior and emergency first responder discounts.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work with new customers on a daily basis. My goal is to understand their needs, answer any questions they may have and to educate them on any products that may make their homes more secure. My goal is also to provide excellent and professional service. Many of my customers have become repeat clients. They have referred their friends and families to me, which is the highest form of compliment anyone can give you.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a locksmith for over 6 years. My experience includes car key make and car lockouts, safe lockouts, installation of deadbolts, installation of new locks hardware, rekeying of locks, reprogramming garage door openers, etc. I strive to continue to broaden my knowledge of locks since I still come across new aspects of locks and how they function every week.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been intrigued by all types of locks and their mechanisms. A few years ago an opportunity presented itself, which not only allowed me to continue to hone my skills but also to help people stay safe. I jumped at this opportunity and have enjoyed it ever since.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
All types, locksmiths work with the full demographic of the public
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Honestly, I take pride in every job/project I complete because I know that as a result of applying myself, my knowledge and skills 110%, when I leave the customer is safer in their own homes. This is a great feeling.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your research. Get multiple quotes when possible. Confirm any quote(s) provided include the trip charge, labor and any hardware needed (if applicable) so there are no surprise/hidden fees after technician arrives. There are many scammers in the locksmith field. You want to make sure you’re hiring a licensed, professional and ethical locksmith.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
In order for customers to get the most upfront information about their service needs, they should ask how long the job will take, if they should be prepared with anything specific (ex: sometimes a customer may want a specific type of lock and it may not be a common type of hardware the locksmith keeps in stock so it will need to be preordered or potentially provided by the customer). Also, a customer should advise the locksmith technician of what their expectations of the end results should be.
