About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary for a multitude of different services depending on time, location, and type of job.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we need basic contact information and a general idea of what service they are requiring us to do.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed with the Alabama electronic security board, and we are required to take 16 hours of classes including testing every year to continue education in this ever changing field.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started locksmithing because I locked myself out of my own vehicle.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all customers, Commercial, Residential, Automotive, through Jefferson and Shelby County.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A neighbor with an antique door knob was having issues opening and closing the door. It only took a few minutes to tighten down a few screws and was on my way.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask for license, credentials, and insurance prior to hiring a locksmith professional.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What when and where do I need this job performed.
