About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I grew up in Alaska and have been proud to call Washington home for the past seven years. I strongly value timeless principles, like integrity and always striving to do the next right thing. With over 20 years of experience as an electrician, I’m passionate about my work and take great pride in what I do.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are committed to always putting our customers first and going the extra mile to ensure their satisfaction. Our goal is to grow our business through word of mouth—by earning the trust of our customers so they feel confident recommending us to their friends, neighbors, and family. We pride ourselves on delivering the quality you deserve, from our family to yours. Communication is at the heart of every successful project, and we make it a priority to stay responsive and keep you informed every step of the way.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring over 20 years of experience in the electrical trade, with a diverse background spanning approximately 12 years in residential work, 6 years in commercial projects, and 2 years in industrial settings. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of serving as the lead electrician for seven different companies. For the past five years, I’ve specialized in service work, helping homeowners directly and ensuring their electrical needs are met with professionalism and care.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began my journey as an electrician back in Alaska around 2002. My first job was a combination of electrical work and general labor. One of my earliest tasks was driving 24 eight-foot ground rods into the earth using nothing but a sledgehammer—and I had it finished by 1 PM. That experience not only taught me the value of hard work and determination but also sparked my passion for the trade, setting me on the path I’ve followed ever since.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of customers, reflecting a broad spectrum of needs and budgets. I’ve served as the lead electrician on high-end custom homes valued at $30 million, collaborating closely with homeowners, architects, and designers to bring their vision to life with precision and attention to detail. At the same time, I’ve rolled up my sleeves and tackled essential repairs and upgrades in more modest settings, including crawling under trailer homes to ensure families have safe and reliable electrical systems. No matter the project or the client, I approach every job with the same level of professionalism, respect, and commitment to quality. It’s important to me that every customer, regardless of their circumstances, feels valued and confident in the work I provide.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One project I’m particularly proud of was completing 60 full generator installations with automatic transfer switches in a single year. Each installation required careful planning and execution to ensure seamless operation during power outages. It was incredibly rewarding to know I was providing families and businesses with reliable backup power, especially in situations where it could make a significant difference in their lives. This year, another highlight has been wiring up about 15 accessory dwelling units (ADUs), including running 100-amp service to each tiny home. These projects were especially satisfying because ADUs are often part of a family’s long-term plans—whether for additional rental income, housing loved ones, or creating new living spaces. Each job involved upgrading the existing panels and meters to accommodate the increased demand, ensuring everything was up to code and fully functional. It’s been fulfilling to play a role in creating these personalized, efficient living spaces while tackling the unique challenges that come with ADU installations.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When hiring an electrician, look for someone who is licensed, insured, and experienced with your specific type of project. Check their reviews or ask for references to ensure they have a solid reputation for quality work. Clear communication is key—choose someone who takes the time to answer your questions and keeps you informed throughout the process. While price matters, focus on finding someone who offers a balance of fair pricing and high-quality workmanship. Above all, trust your instincts and hire an electrician who is professional, approachable, and committed to doing the job right.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Before reaching out to an electrician, take some time to think through your project and what you need. Start by getting several estimates and comparing them—choosing one that’s neither the lowest nor the highest can often give you a good balance of quality and value. Do your own research to understand the basics of your project, so you feel confident in discussing it. It’s also a great idea to ask friends and neighbors for recommendations, as word of mouth is often the best way to find someone reliable. Having a clear idea of your budget, timeline, and expectations will make the conversation with your electrician much smoother and more productive.
