• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  McCarthy Electric has very competitive pricing. A lot of other companies use software programs to price out their jobs. This makes it more expensive for the customer because they are paying for what the system is programmed for. At McCarthy Electric, Patrick the owner does all the pricing that is tailored to our customer personally.
• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  At McCarthy Electric we offer free estimates and same day troubleshoot appointments. When the customer calls and is planning an upcoming project, we get them into the schedule to meet with our estimator and give them a free estimate. If they decide to go forward with our company, we schedule them to get the work complete. If the customer is have a troubleshooting issue, we can usually get them in the same day to get their issues taken care of.

• How did you get started doing this type of work?

  Patrick has been working as an electrician since 2001. He has always loved electricity and loves being an electrician.
