About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, all of our prices our flat rate. Leaving no hidden costs on any job
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's really simple. You fill out the online form, or call to set up an appointment. Appointments are scheduled with a 2-hour arrival window. The actual appointments will usually only last 30 minutes to an hour, depending on the extent of your project. Our estimator will show up with helpful ideas on the work you are looking to get done, along with information on your current electrical system. We will always provide you with upfront pricing, and present it to you within 24 hrs.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our electricians are required to attend weekly classes and code updates. We go over all of the current code changes, customer service skills
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
Most all of our techs started early, right out of high school, now most of them are 10 year veterans
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
Every different person/personality, that is one of the highlights of our jobs. The different people we get to meet
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
There is not one particular job, we average 3-4 a day. All of our jobs are challenging since we focus mostly on service work, almost everything is a retrofit project.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would do research on the company, Angies List is the best way, since every review is from the customer and regardless of the review they cannot be deleted. Yelp is also a good way, however companies can review themselves. Most of all do research on the company before you hire.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
If you have a general idea of what you want done, our top notch electricians can help you come up with a plan on how to make it happen. Questions are best answered onsite.
