• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  Depending on the scope of work, our licensed electricians provide complimentary estimates and will provide either an hourly cost or project based cost. We offer a discounted pricing to: returning customers, military, and seniors.
• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  1) Set up a complimentary estimate /work review visit with our licensed electrician. 2) Client is provided with estimate – cost for work and timeline that work can be performed. 3) Either perform work onsite or schedule work in near future.
• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  Licensed Electricians verified with L&I/State of Washington, Certified Apprentices current on their license with L&I/State of Washington.
• What types of customers have you worked with?

  As one of the longest running electrical and technology companies in Washington State we have worked with every type of client. Residential, commercial, large or small we are prepared for any client need.
• Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

  We received a call from a client that was experiencing a power outage in their entire kitchen. They were in a multi-generational house and urgently needed usage of their refrigerator due to medication for their grandmother and special needs food for their baby. Our staff worked to move the schedule around to prioritize this emergency repair visit. We were able to schedule and complete the work the same day. Our client called post visit to let us know how satisfied they were with the technical expertise, strong customer service, and reasonable cost for this electrical repair.
