About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Electrical and HVAC service calls are a little different so we bill differently for each one. HVAC service calls are a flat rate of $99. Once we find the issue we will give you a price for repair and if you accept the $99 is then waived. For electrical and small jobs we bill at $165 for the first hour then $100 per hour after that plus any material we may use. If we get to a job and see that it will or may be extensive before we start working on it we inform you of what needs done and give you a quote. We will never blindside you with a huge bill. If we find other issues that may need to be addressed we will definitely bring it to your attention but our service technicians NEVER try to hard sell anything. We always try and work with the customers for the smartest solutions without cutting corners. If its an estimate the customer wants we do free estimates. If its a very small job we will do our best to give that over the phone. If its more extensive we will come look at the job.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can call or message us then we will reply or call you and talk about your needs. If its a service type of call we will schedule a time for an technician to take of your needs or we will come and take a look and give you a quote if its a larger job.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a class A contractor fully licensed, insured and bonded for Electrical, HVAC and Alternative Energy (Solar). We have Master, Journeyman level tradesman and also apprentices.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
Years ago while working for a local manufacturer start taking apprentice classes. Took all the electrical and then because of circumstances I started working for an electrical contractor. Finished the apprenticeship then pursued my journeyman card. After that I figured Ill go for my masters because I wanted to do the best I could at anything I was doing. After that and working for different contractors I thought I would give running my own business a try. Bought a van and for about 6 months worked in evening and weekends on the business and finally said OK Ill go for it full time. That was in 2014 and haven't looked back since. Since then we have added other services to our business because we want to be the all around go to contractor in the area for services to serve our community.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
All types from residential to commercial and industrial to government contractors. We work with contractors, home and business owners on new work and service work and do work for several retail chains.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We do a lot of different work for a lot of customers. Its really satisfying to get a customer taken care of and happy to walk away with all systems up and running. One job in early August a customer had no water on because she got a new dishwasher and it had a cord on it. The old one was hard wired and it was late afternoon their water was turned off and the daughter was frantically calling around to find someone to come and put a receptacle in. We offer 24 hour service so our electrician on call went out and took care of her. It was a job that took a half hour. Not a big job at all but is one that had a big impact on the customer and that is what we hope makes us stand apart from others.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure the company you hire is professional. Be sure they have taken the steps to be fully licensed and insured. There are reasons those things are in place and its for the customers protection. Whatever work you want done be sure that is their specialty. Don't hire a handyman for an electrical project. Cheapest is not always best for sure. You typically get what you pay for.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Be sure the professional is fully licensed and insured. Just try to get a feel for the pro and ask questions relevant to what you need done. Price should not be the number one factor when you are getting prices or needing work done. Obviously it should be taken into consideration but if one contractor is way less than the others then there's probably a reason and I doubt its because they just want to charge you less. You usually get what you pay for.
