• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  I might not be the Cheapest. But I will always work hard, be efficient and my job will not be complete until the customer is 100% satisfied!
• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  I love to get to know people. There are so many interesting people living in this area! I like to help people as well. So, Handyman work is the perfect fit for me! Typically after a customer contacts me I will take down their info and input it into my computer system. Then we can discuss their needs and decide whether I need to come out to get measurements etc for the estimate or we may be able to skip that and get it done over the phone!
• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I have tons of Valuable experience in the Handyman field. Ive been lucky enough to learn from some of the best around!
• How did you get started doing this type of work?

  Ive worked with my hands my entire life. Working on cars, working on small engines, working on Homes. out of High School I started Framing and remodeling homes until the housing market crash in 2008ish. So, I continued using my hands but got into manufacturing for 8 years. in 2019 I got out of manufacturing and started working for a local successful handyman service and learned even more. Now im stepping out on my own!
• What types of customers have you worked with?

  Ive worked for all different customers in and around the Charlottesville area. One of the great things about this business is you get the opportunity to meet many wonderful people!
• Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

  I really enjoy doing deck repairs. pulling old deck boards off and re-decking. I also like the fact that my days can be very different. it never gets boring!
• What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

  Make sure your handyman is Insured! If the job requires licensing make sure that is covered as well!
• What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

  They should have a general idea of the work they need performed! Were here to guide and help when needed!
