About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our clients should know that we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all work we do. We do offer senior and military discounts. Our estimates to complete work are no charge. If there is a problem or something broken, we do have an $89 diagnostic fee to cover our techs time to find the problem and provide you with options. It can be waived should you opt to go with the repairs.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love our clients! We schedule our clients conveniently and in a manner respectful of their time. We can schedule with you via text, phone, or email. We use convenience scheduling so you aren't stuck at home waiting for us. We will give you a call with an agreed upon amount of time before the tech arrives. He will arrive in a marked truck and in a full company uniform. We are paperless, so the tech will show you options on an electronic device with pictures so you understand what is going on with your repair. He will wear floor protectors on his shoes to make sure we treat your home right.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 100 years of combined experience as it pertains to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, our techs will provide you with experience and solutions to keep your home running right. We train weekly on different topics to make sure our teams are ready to meet your needs.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our owners have been in the home services industry for over 25 years. After having worked for larger corporate companies, and then companies owned by private equity firms, they decided they wanted to bring a local and family approach not just to their clients, but to their team as well. They believe that in every transaction the client must win, the tech must win, and that if both of those things happen by default the company will win allowing them to continue serving their communities.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
While our primary focus is residential home services, we do offer light commercial services.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently the company donated a new A/C system to a teacher that had been without heating or cooling for 6 years. The project took a full day, but to see their excitement of being able to live a comfortable and normal life with a properly working cooling and heating system was very rewarding.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you do your research. No company is perfect and there are many ways each job can be done. Ensure that the pro you choose is solving your challenges in a manner that you will be happy with. Double check that the company you select is properly licensed with the Department of Professional Licensing and have the correct insurance. When you use licensed contractors, you are protected.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Who, what, why, when, and how? What company should I choose? What are the details I need that company to know so that I can be happy with my project in the end? Why am I doing this? When should I do it, what does my timeline look like? And lastly how can I pay for this, does the company I select accept credit cards, cash, check, or financing for my project?
