About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A great price for a professional service company. Been a family own and operated gives us a opportunity to give you a competitive price and great quality service. We do upfront price and we give good prices year round and avoid the lure and confusion of discount games.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen to what the customer needs and we talk about possible options. We let them know the scope of the work and give them a bid for the job.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have some college class in electrical theory. But most of my experience comes with hands on in commercial and residential new construction and service. Working for the top electrical companies in the metroplex.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
Working with my hands and making things work has always been a passion for me and it’s been something I enjoy. When I found this trade I knew it was a perfect match. Overtime I learned from very successful electrical contractors. I have gathered the knowledge and experience to branch out on my own.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
Over the 8 years of strictly service work I have been in front of a grand variety of clients. I’m comfortable working hard for what ever needs they have and provide an excellent professional service.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I worked on a large kitchen and living room remodel. It took about 3 days. These types of jobs require for receptacles and lights to be removed and/or relocated. Also it’s important to have a good understanding with the customer as to how everything is going to look once it’s all completed.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
A balance of professionalism, quality and cost is hard to find. Any customer expects to receive all of this but at times one of this are sacrificed. I advice for the customer to find the right balance to get the great service they deserve.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What are my priorities for the job? Does a handyman suffice for the job or do I need an electrical professional? Is my professional fully licensed and insured? Quite often unlicensed individuals try to sell their services, which is illegal in this state, always look for a Contractor License number, that way you know they are allowed to work on your property and have the proper coverage in case something goes wrong.
