Introduction

I have been in business for a little over a year. As a veteran and retired Army officer, attention to detail, good communication, and honest feedback are crucial to my success and your satisfaction. My goal is to always deliver exceptional quality at a reasonable and affordable price.

About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will typically have the customer pay for materials or purchase materials prior to beginning the job, and then pay for the labor upon completion. For larger jobs, it may vary where a portion of the labor cost will be due up front. It’s really job dependant.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always want to know in detail what they’d like done and try to work within their budget as closely as possible, I continually follow up with them as I progress and show them the steps I’ve taken. This ensures they have a good knowledgebase as to what has been completed and how.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Time management and work ethic are traits I picked up from my dad, while everything I have do is mainly due to both watching and helping myndad as I grew up, and by doing it myself with my own homes.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
Prior to my military service, I worked as a replaccement window and door installer. During my time as an installer, we would do a variety of other jobs when the weather turned.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
A variety of types, but regardless of who it is, I treat them with reapect, actively listen to their wants and needs, and do my best to ensure 100% satisfaction.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
My house is likely my fondest project. While it is enduring, I have skimmed my walls smooth, as I’m not a fan of texture, added recessed lighting in many rooms, and replaced all the interior doors, as well as, updated both the bathrooms and kitchen with painting the cabinetry and doing the floors.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Know what you want, how to articulate vision for the project to your handyman/contractor, keep comstant communication with them, and hold them accountable.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What is my list of priorities for the work I want done? Develop a detailed description of what you want done and ensure it can be explained to whomever you choose. Demand quality and be involved in the process. It’s your house, you’re in charge, even if you’re not doing the work yourself.
