About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Appliance Guys offers competitive pricing with honesty, integrity, and quality craftsmanship.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Be upfront with my intentions. Try to make your life better fixing your appliances.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 10 years of experience. 5 years with high end appliances and AC repairs, and over 5 years with commercial kitchens and average to older appliances.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
11 years ago a man offered me a chance to learn a trade so I took him up on it. I have been lucky enough to work on all brands from Meile to Matag and love what I do. Very grateful for my opportunities since I started.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
All people from Austin to Leakey to Nee Braunfels.... high rollers to average everyday working people. Love people so I love work.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I just did a switch out of coils on a Kenmore (seal system). It took me 4 hours and I am glad to say it is running beautifully now. $500 in parts and labor saved a beautiful $2000 refrigerator and it should run many years now.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you have as many points of contacts as you can find. Phone, website, google, etc.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
How old is it? vs How much is it to fix? vs Purchase of a new unit? Equals the magic number is it worth fixing?
