  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
      A typical service call allows us to understand what needs to be fixed, confirm the final price of the project, and then complete the job. Our fee to come out for this call is $50. Note if you choose us for your project this fee is discounted from your quote. All services are booked for two hours and we take our profession seriously as well as our customers time. We are charge from thumbtack fees instantly we are selected and we need to know we have serious customers that need actual quality, customers services, solutions and fast resolves.       For any repair and quotes will need to have a visit schedule. You can contact us directly for scheduling and will get you set up so that we can get your repairs or install completed.

      Copperhead Electrical Services was formed in 2021. We started out as a small strong-minded electrical company who are committed to customer satisfaction and quality service, combined with prompt, professional service, that has been rewarded with strong growth in our business. Copperhead Electrical Services covers all of central Texas when it comes to residential and commercial electrician.

      Neuralink New Buildings and Service. 10 Month Commercial project.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
      Make sure you are hiring an actual license professional, many here have only apprentice and journeyman license. They are not actual Master Electricians register with the state as contractors. This means there is no actual insurance backing your home installations and can be the cause of a fire. Please hire actual license electrical contractors.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
      For new installs, if you have a particular item you need install, make sure you have it, or the specs before a visit. For repairs, confirm you reset breakers and GFCI devices first before calling. This will eliminate simple solutions before the pro comes in.
