  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
      We give free estimates to everyone. We have a same day discount we offer all of our customers. We also charge all of our customers the same way. Nobody gets different pricing. No matter where you’re located west side, east side, south side, or north side- we charge everyone the same way.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
      We start with meeting you in person. Here at Wrenches and Roses we have found that there’s nothing better than meeting a customer face to face. We love hearing about your project. We love seeing that excitement every customer has when talking about their project. We want to take what’s in your head and make it a reality. It’s simple, if you like us, the company, and the solutions we have to offer then the last step is to schedule your project.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
      Wrenches and Roses brings a lot of talent to the table. We have a whole team that is skilled in pretty much anything you can think of. From gutters to putting together furniture. We even have skilled organizers on the team as well. We truly have it all.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
      Wrenches and Roses was founded in 2020. It was founded at a round table in the dining room of a kitchen. We had a network of talented people and the urge to put that talent to work.

      Residential and Commercial.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
      We are fond of all projects that we do. Each one is different and unique in its own way. We don’t have a favorite.

      1. What they want done. 2. Expectations they have. 3. Timeline they want project to be completed. 4. Budget they have in mind. 5. What kind of company they want to complete their project.
