About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a $120 minimum for all service calls within our coverage area (South Fort Worth and surrounding areas). This covers jobs taking less than 1.5 hours. Skilled trade rates will vary. We are happy to bid on custom projects/remodels as well. It helps to have measurements, a budget, and design ideas beforehand.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We aim to do quality work at fair prices. We are always prompt with our appointments and put our customer's satisfaction above anything else.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a family-owned company that started in Georgia 7 years ago. Combined, our technicians and project managers have over 30 years of experience in residential and commercial construction
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
I learned from my Dad who was an engineer before starting his own business in Atlanta. I moved to Fort Worth in 2022 and started my own branch. He still consults on tricky jobs which is an invaluable resource to have!
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
We primarily work with residential customers but are happy to take on larger projects.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A returning customer had a family member with a list of items that needed to be fixed prior to selling their home. We were able to repair drywall defects and settlement cracks ahead of the home inspection which helped them save money. A local property manager had an urgent shower leak that no one could get to, we were able to provide a same-day fix and save a major headache for their tenants.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Good/cheap/fast, as the saying goes, you can have two of the three. Choose what is most important to you before selecting a contractor.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Is this someone who will treat my property with the same care as Mo Handyman?
