  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
      All of our pricing is set based on the products & design you choose. There are no "hidden fees." Our agreements are customizable and line itemized to fit your budget. We offer military, police, teacher, senior and first responder discounts! We love to take care of those who take care of us!
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
      We offer all customers - new and current - the option to schedule a free home inspection where we inspect any issues/concerns and discuss options forward. Landscape Lighting services do have the option for a free demo so you can see the option before you buy. For those who prefer to meet in person, we do offer this and maintain a 6ft distance at all times to protect our employees and customers.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
      We attend annual training on best practices and new products to offer our customers.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
      We started in the Pest Control business and knew we had the skill, dedication, and professionalism to solve multiple home service issues. We also run a very successful Holiday Lighting business which helped us grow into Landscape Lighting, Patio Lighting Permanent Lighting, and Event Lighting.

      All types and all budgets!
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
      We did a extensive landscape lighting project in the backyard of a customer in Castle Hills. They had a gorgeous backyard and they really wanted it to "pop" as they entertained often. It took majority of the day to ensure everything was perfect and once completed, they told us they were absolutely blown away. "Should have done this sooner" and "it feels like it is a resort back here now" are some of the best compliments we've ever had!
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
      Make sure you are truly getting what YOU want. If the company is being pushy or trying to steer you away from what you want, then they aren't the company for you.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
      What kind of guarantee for they offer on their services and products? Do they offer payment plans or can stay within your budget? Landscape Lighting - Do they offer free demos so you can really see what you are getting?
