About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like our customers to know we typically charge $60/hr with a 2 hour minimum charge. Any projects requiring multiple items that require more than 2 hours, a discount will apply. If material is required for the project, We can have it included in our price.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first obtain basic information, perform an estimate, and then work on the job while keeping the customer up to date in every step of the way. With us, there is no guess work. You know exactly what is going on around your home.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A.S. Degree in Construction Management CAL OSHA 30 Former Journeyman from the Southwest Carpenters Union 2361.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working with a Union drywall contractor where I became a journeyman, years later decided to go back to school where I pursued my goal of being a Project Manager. After I graduated I received a position as a foreman and later field superintendent, I've work my way working in the office where I gained the experience working as a project engineer and estimator.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
In the past I have worked with business owner/reps on projects in the retail industry but as of resent I've had the opportunity to work with homeowners.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently just finished the backslash and floating shelves on my kitchen. The project took about 2 weeks, installing brackets for the floating shelves, trim install, tile and grout.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would suggest getting at least 3 prices for your project, if the prices seem far apart I would suggest getting a few more. Sometimes the lowest price isn't always a good deal, at times they may miss things and it's important to understand what they are pricing.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Is the project going to require a permits? Should the pro be licensed for your project? Yes if over $500 per CA law Should the pro be insured?
