• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  $105 Gets an Inspection on Current Systems and / or Walk through for Future Plans *Waived if further work is accepted We have a preset price list that covers most all issues. We also offer Time & Material Agreements, just like they sound. The cost of the materials and the manpower in time. Travel time is added after 30 min of travel. Service charge for time & fuel determined by location. We also offer Maintenance Contracts for savings over the year with multiple visits for Adjustment & Inspection.
• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  We meet to review current or upcoming plans. We typically can begin mapping systems and properties right from the first visit. As we develop our relationship so further does the knowledge of your properties. We discuss the issues and or challenges together and upon approval we begin the work as soon as possible.
• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  From growing up on a working farm, to Schools for Design, Many years gathering State and other necessary certifications to Over 20 years ground up experience in all things landscaping, hardscaping outdoor lighting, sound & visual . From simple lighting to outdoor theaters. We have a current client list still involving many NFL , NHL & Alot of your favorite musicians.
• How did you get started doing this type of work?

  Came natural going from growing up on a farm to entering college. One turned over to another. After college I decided I'd rather be outside working. So I was trained up by 2 of the top and leading Landscaping Companies over the years and as they took on new divisions, I lead them and grew. After many years I consulted( still do ) for those very Companies and went to work for myself.
• What types of customers have you worked with?

  All types big and small. Commercial, Residential, Industrial, Specialty Event
• Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

  5 weeks start to finish, not including 2 weeks of design and material procurement. We installed a full irrigation system fed by either city, well or rainwater harvesting. Also feeding a small pond that led to a 30 ft long x 2 foot wide by 10 foot drop waterfall that had a firepit and lit all the way.
• What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

  Hire a provider that does these types of work, not a general plumber, or a well company. Don't ask the tree guy/ girl or the ones that mow your yard. The systems are intricate and expensive to be rolling the dice on.
• What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

  True cost. If you cheap out and go with the wrong servi e it'll cost you more in the long run.
