About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I spent years in the trade to become a professional. I am not a “cheap” specialist. I take pride in the quality of work that I do. I’m not the cheapest. I get the work done right the first time. You will call me again for other projects to do.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most important is being on the same page with customer. Communication and being upfront with timing and cost of the project.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve worked in the home repair field for over 15 years. 5 of those years I specialized in residential electrical. Wiring a brand new home. Service calls with electrical issues and light fixture installations.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
My dad owned a home repair company when I was young. After school I would tag along with him to help him. He passed on a lot of his knowledge to me. Years passed and I to wanted to help people improve their homes. I opened my own company.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I came to a customer who said their refrigerator is not working. After hiring an appliance repair person. They found out that it was not their fridge. They tried to figure it out themselves. They contacted me for help to fix it. I inspected each outlet and found a faulty receptacle that was not working. After I replaced it. Everything worked great. They were so glad that finally their food can be cold again. I’m glad to help people and make an improvement in their home.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find a professional you can trust with your home.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Details. That’s the most important part for me. When the customer knows exactly what they want done. It’s a lot more easier to quote an exact price for customer.
