Introduction

After completing four years of service with the U.S Army 19Delta Recon during the gulf war, I began my electrical career training as a electrical superintendent. I spent the next 15 years building electrical systems in many different configurations to meet the customer’s needs. Just to name a couple of local projects I supervised. Village At Sandhills in Columbia SC, all four of The Home Depots in Myrtle Beach SC, and Walmart, Home Depot, Sams Club in Greenville SC. For the next eight years I performed industrial automation and maintenance on electrical systems. Afterwards, I began Electrical Medics to help my customers by providing quality electrical services.

About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is upfront, with no hidden charges. The customer will know the exact price and what all services are included in that price.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening is number one, that way you are able to identify and address all of the customers concerns. With all the customers concerns identified, you now have your scope of work and can inform the customer on how you will address each issue. Afterwards, give a description of the work preformed and if possible how to prevent any future issues.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
PLCs(programmable logic controllers), electrical courses, electronic courses and CPR/first aid.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
After the military, the company I started working for was offering free school and training.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
I have had the opportunity to work for individual homeowers to big construction companies.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
The Village at Sandhill would have to be my favorite project. There are very few times a person gets to be part of such a tremendous project. The amount of late hours and weekends involved for the project was worth it. The place turned out beautiful and is such a part of so many lives.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you are comfortable with the professional's attitude and most important, their knowledge of electrical and the application of electrical.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What exactly happened and how it could have happened. Helps ensure the professional brings proper equipment. Time frame you will be available for servicemen to set appointment.
