About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no Service fee to get a licensed and insured technician to the door. Please note there is a 2-hour minimum charge on all work.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact - Phone call ollecting contact info, job information, etc. Walkthru - Scheduling a walk through or site visit so as to provide a more accurate estimate Estimate - The email is then sent via email as soon as possible after the appointment Scheduling - Once the estimate is approved, the work gets scheduled!
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30+ years experience Well versed in the NEC Pennsylvania + Philadelphia Master's Electrician Test Certified EVSE installer through QMerit Seminars and webinars by United Inspections, QMerit EV solutions, and the NEC.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
When deciding "what I wanted to be when I grew up," I knew it would involve helping people and some form of contracting work. I fell in love with electric during VoTech and pursued a carreer in the field immediately after high school.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with customers in small apartments as well as multi million dollar homes, from small businesses to large corporations. No matter the size of the property or the difficulty of the job, the best kind of customer is a happy one.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently installed a bowling alley and event space in the basement of a home. It was a large renovation which, given all that was included (carpentry, plumbing, etc) took months to complete, but it was a fun project and it got our guys excited. Working with the homeowners and other contractors was a complete joy and everyone is happy with the finished project.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure the contractor is licensed, insured, has good reviews, and a good attitude. Ask as many questions as you need to. Be confident in their ability.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What is my budget? (Do I need financing or a payment plan? Good news. We offer those too) What is my timeline? (Is this emergent, imminent, or a future project/goal?) Should I really cut corners? (The cheapest contractor is usually not your best option. What corners are they cutting so that they are able to offer the same service for only a fraction of the price? Quality work that adheres to the and local and national electrical codes is not only important, but will keep your home and loved ones safe)
