  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
      We come out and do an evaluation, see exactly what your project entails, and give you pricing! If the price is acceptable, we complete the work right away! If for some reason you decide not to have the work done, we do have a $45.00 evaluation fee. This gets waved/credited if the work is decided to be done at a later date as well (within 45-90 days)
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
      We make sure the customer is aware of our standard installation pricing and we meet your needs for every project. We walk through the project with the customer to make sure we understand their needs. We sign you into a price that we agree upon and we begin the work. Afterward, the work is completed, we walk each customer back through the job. The price you signed into is the same price you pay after the installation is completed.

      All of our electricians and plumbers are licensed and insured in every township and borough in Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware counties, and Philadelphia
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
      All jobs are started with a walk-through with the homeowner. We must all be on the same page on everything we do. We come into your home and must make sure you are aware of everything we are doing and will need to do.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
      We work with homeowners through Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware, Chester counties as well as Philadelphia. No job is too big or too small. We partner with realtors, general contractors, interior designers, Etc.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
      Our team of electricians and plumbers enjoy everything from fixture replacements, home rewiring, telephone and cable installations, panel upgrades, toilets, showers, vanities, hot water heaters, replumbing, lighting designs, and everything in-between. We love what we do and make sure our customers love our work!
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
      Make sure you are comfortable and all the information is give upfront. Nobody likes surprises after the technician is done.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
      Customers should be aware that sometimes when running new wires or plumbing, holes have to be made to get wiring through. Also, different devices take different amperages. We need as much detail of what you would like to make sure we are calculating everything correctly.
