About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different. In this industry it is difficult to give a price from a description. I take time to learn about your project and give you a fair price. I have no hidden fees and I will stick to my quoted price.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take time to learn exactly what you want. I will give you a few recommendations to help you make a decision. I will then price the job after assessing material availability. Once I give a price that you accept we can schedule the work.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After working for a large company for over 15 years, I gained the experience needed to start my own company. I love working for myself and seeing a project from start to finish.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
A close friend worked for the company where I got my training. He taught me a little and helped me get started.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked for all types of customers. I have done everything from large industrial and commercial projects to small home repairs.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Every job is satisfying in its own way.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that the pro you are hiring is properly licensed and insured. Understand that there may be more to a project than meets the eye. The cheapest option may sometimes only be a temporary fix.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
How much budget to do I have to work with? What timeframe do I have to allow for this project?
