About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and based on the scope and complexity of the project. My goal is to offer fair pricing while delivering high-quality, reliable work.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with an initial consultation to understand the customer’s needs and expectations. I then assess the project site, explain the scope of work, and provide a detailed estimate. Once we agree on the plan, I schedule the work, communicate progress, and ensure the customer is informed every step of the way. After the job is complete, I walk through the results with the customer to make sure they’re satisfied.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a formal apprenticeship program, which included hands-on training and coursework in electrical theory, code compliance, and safety. I’m certified from PCC and stay updated on the latest NEC standards through continuing education. My on-the-job experience has provided me with the skills to handle a wide range of residential electrical projects.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve always had a passion for problem-solving and working with my hands. I began my career as an apprentice, where I learned the fundamentals of electrical work under experienced electricians. Over time, I gained certifications, hands-on experience, and a deep understanding of residential wiring. The satisfaction of seeing a project come to life and knowing I’ve made a home safer keeps me dedicated to this field.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve worked with a wide range of customers, including homeowners looking to upgrade or repair their electrical systems.Whether it’s troubleshooting a single outlet or wiring an entire home, I tailor my approach to meet the specific needs of each customer. My focus is always on providing safe, efficient, and code-compliant solutions.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
It was a troubleshooting in old house, none of the outlets and some of the switches didn’t work properly. It was very interesting job and I had to be extremely patient and focused on the job, and of course I resolved the problem. But took day and half to finish the job.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for electrician with a proven track record in residential work. Check references, read reviews, and ask about their familiarity with current codes and safety standards. It’s also important to find someone who communicates clearly and listens to your needs. A good electrician will prioritize quality, safety, and transparency.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What is the scope of the project? (e.g., new installation, repair, or upgrade) Do you have a budget in mind? Are there specific features or upgrades you’re looking for, such as smart home integration? Do you have a timeline for when the work needs to be completed? Are there existing electrical issues that need to be addressed? What level of experience or certification do you expect from the electrician?
