About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is flexible and job dependent to best suit customers needs. I prefer to bid jobs out individually versus telling my customer's and hourly rate. I find by doing it this way it saves the customer money. My ultimate goal is help the customer as best as I can and do our best to work with their budget.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find that most customers initially prefer to reach out via text. My guarantee is to respond back within 15 minutes of contact. From there they usually describe the job and send pictures of the work and we get them scheduled as quickly as possible. Sometimes the job requires an onsite visit in which case we provide free estimates within the Medford area.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have acquired much education and training over the past 20 years of doing this type of work. From, welding, electrical, plumbing and everything in between. I have had the opportunity to work alongside some very talented tradesmen acquiring the skills and knowledge to help others.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
Its been so long ago since I started this work it's all a blur. I grew up doing this type of work and I have always enjoyed problem solving. For me to help others solve their home projects has always been a joy.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
I enjoy working with Home Owners and Property Managers and on occasion provide maintenance for big box stores.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I had an elderly couple reach out. They had just bought this brand new house and discovered they needed safety railings in certain parts of the house to prevent falls. I spent a better part of a day installing railings so that they could enjoy their new home. Knowing that adding those railings would provide for better safety for them made the job worth while.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for someone that is communicative, friendly, does quality work and willing to go that extra mile for you.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
In our line of maintenance work, it is pretty straight forward. Ask your friends and family first for recommendations. Once you settle on a professional make sure they are a good fit not in just price and quality but someone you feel comfortable with coming into your home.
