About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have multiple options to best serve the Tulsa community. Our team is sent in vans with the tools and equipment to do the job. We com ready to work. For general troubleshooting we have a standard dispatch fee or a First Class Pass with no service fees whatsoever.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love creating new customers for life. That means, once we work with you, we're not going to forget about you. - We start every call with a basic safety check and look at any work you'd like us to take care of. - We present you with an UP-FRONT price for the work to clearly communicate what work we will do and what it will cost. - Once the work is done to YOUR satisfaction, we take payment and let you live with the work for a few days. - We follow up with you to guarantee everything is working as it should and continue to stay in contact for any future issues or maintenance.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every technician on our team is a licensed apprentice, journeyman, or contractor. Each member participates in continued learning courses to improve their understanding and application of the National Electric Code.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father was an electrician and taught me much more than how to do electrical work. He taught me how to treat people well and do what's right no matter how difficult. Watt's Right is a representation of our values to our community. In darkness and in light, we do Watt's Right!
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with homeowners who need an honest electrician to tell them what going wrong, and how to take care of it for an affordable / reasonable price.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We installed a generator for one of the nicest human beings I've had the pleasure of working for. He needed it for medical purposes in cause of power outages, which happened to his home frequently. Installing his portable generator was more than satisfying, it was overwhelming because of how much it meant to him. We knocked it out in a day and installed a Duromax XP13000EH as well as an interlock, inlet, and new electrical panel.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
In Oklahoma its common for electricians to be underqualified. Many are unlicensed. Some are licensed apprentices. Even fewer are licensed journeymen, and even less are licensed contractors. The fact is, it is ILLEGAL to do electrical work in the great state of Oklahoma without: - A contractors license - General Liability insurance - Worker's Comp (if you have employees) - Bonding in the state of Oklahoma. Do not be afraid to ask for credentials because your home is not worth the risk.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What type of person do I want in my home? When would I like this done by? Am I hiring one time, or am I looking for a forever contractor?
