Introduction

My name is Bradley! I have been remodeling and doing handyman work since I was a child. I love helping others and value integrity and customer satisfaction more than anything. I would love the opportunity to help with your next house project. I work full time as a Project Manager for an energy company. I am offering handyman services in my off time just to keep busy. I am only available after 5:30pm on weekdays and completely open on weekends.

About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can either provide my hourly rate or a job estimate. My estimates are calculated by the hour based on the estimated duration in your request. I have a full size pickup so I will gladly pick up materials needed for your project if you need and I will only charge a one-way mileage fee from the point of material pick up to your residence. This fee will be based on the 2022 IRS Mileage Rate.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first like to understand your project either in person or via text. This will help me get an understanding of everything involved, e.g., materials, labor hours, scope of work, timeframe, etc.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in Construction Management from Oklahoma State where I learned about building techniques, scheduling, budgeting, and contract management. Additionally I have worked 10 years in oil & gas where I managed multi-million dollar construction projects. While working in oil & gas I have flipped 4 houses in my spare time and never lost a penny.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up with a single mom which meant 90% of the repairs/upgrades to the house were left up to me. In college I used my experience growing up and put myself through school working on construction projects. This has been a passion of mine ever since I can remember.
