About Us

• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  I always give free estimates.
• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  I take down the customers information and set up a service call or a free estimate and myself or one of my guys will stop out access the job and complete.
• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I did two apprenticeships programs through the local union hall. One in residential and went back and did one in Commercial.
• How did you get started doing this type of work?

  Signed up after high school.
• What types of customers have you worked with?

  We deal with all types of customers. We can do anything from changing out an outlet to doing a big commercial job. We work with many builders and contractors throughout north east Ohio.
• Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

  We are currently doing a new Urban Air in Belden Village Canton.
• What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

  Make sure they are licensed and insured.
