I am a sole propriator LLC. Being small I can take the time to do it right, even when I accidently underquote. Which all businesses big or small do from time to time. I am Fingerprinted ,Bci back ground checked, Licensed ,Bonded , Insuranced. Would you want a contractor in your house who is not fingerprinted and background checked? Columbus requires a contractor license for any work done, always ask a contractor and have them show a number with Columbus name on it. Alot of the Handyman companies that are charging alot less are not paying for a license, continuing education classes, workers comp, and sales tax. Plus they are less likely to stand behind there work.

  Google contractor hourly rate, $80-$100 hour is the avg. I base my quotes on $75 ,hour. If I do a Flat rate quote 5 hours labour would be $375.00.+parts+trip charge.
