About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not charge a service fee to come to your house. It's completely free estimate . Most companies charge to walk in the door. We don't think that's fair . The majority of the time we troubleshoot or see the actual job in your home . After we see the job I'll be able to give you an exact quote, If you love the quote and you you love us, and we will do the job right on the spot. We accept checks, credit cards, cash and also offer financing.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically when a new customer calls they are experiencing some type of an electrical problem, or simply need some electrical work installed in the home or office. Typically the procedure is that you call me all my direct cell phone 24/7 and I schedule an appointment that day or the following day to serve your needs promptly.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently have over 25 years of electrical experience working approximately 60 to 70 hour weeks . I also hold the Masters electricians license . This license is the highest form of electrical licensing an electrician can have . I also take additional training classes to keep up with the changing electrical industry .
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father was and electrician, it was sort of his idea that I followed it is footsteps. At a young age of 13 my father would take me on his electrical jobs on the summer breaks from school. I was not quite fond of this at the time . It wasn't too few years later I learned to appreciate the things that he had taught me . When High school approached I took an electrical vocational class . After that I went to college for two years while still taking additional classes to learn the electrical industry . I applied for a few different companies and I landed my first job as an electrician. A few years later I studied like crazy and passed my master electricians license . 25 years later I'm still enjoying what I do.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
Majority of our work is residential wiring and repair.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
If I had to pick a specific electrical project I like best it would be repairing an electrical problem promptly and professionally. The reason I like this is because the customer seems very appreciative when you respond quickly and you are able to handle their project on the spot . What I really enjoy the most is interacting with people and helping solving their electrical problems safely .
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My professional advice to all customers just to make sure you hire someone who will be able to service you quickly in a time of need . Most customers did not realize that that one day they will be in the dark because of an electrical problem in there home or they will experience a shorted wire that might cause a problem . Most houses on long island are built in the 1950 area which means the wiring inside of the walls are over 50 to 100 years old. Always choose someone who is licensed and insured .
