About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are lower than those of competitors. We are loyal and ready to listen to your suggestions. The service fee for on-site consultation at the client's home remains unchanged
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1 - the client contacts us and receives a free estimate of the cost of the work, if this can be done online. If the estimate cannot be made online, then our specialist will come to the site and estimate the cost of the work (Attention: a service fee applies for the visit) Step 2 - after agreeing on the cost of the work, we begin executing the order without changing the cost of the work. Step 3 - upon completion of the work, the client accepts the work and pays for the cost of the work and the materials used in any way convenient for him.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have many years of real experience. At the moment there are 3 people in the Best Helpers company. Maxim is the founder of the company. 12 years of experience in building houses. Oleg is a contractor. Experience in finishing apartments and houses for 9 years. Elena is a specialist of the highest category in furniture assembly. 7 years of experience at IKEA. Assembles furniture from all manufacturers.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
From an early age I enjoyed helping my father with his work. At first it was my hobby. Later, my hobby grew into a love for my business. Worked on the construction of turnkey houses. I was an assistant, a performer, and now I work as a contractor. I have extensive experience as a carpenter, plumber and have some experience as a welder and electrician.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
Over many years of experience, we have found clients for whom we completed the task from start to finish. We also often encounter clients who need to finish a job someone else started.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One of the most recent projects I remember clearly was assembling a gazebo. We came to finish the work that other guys could not do. The clients we met while working on the gazebo later invited us to replace the sink and faucet. I have saved all these projects in my portfolio.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The most important thing is to choose a competent and experienced contractor. Pay attention to the contractor's experience. I often have to redo work for other guys who have little experience. A client turning to a contractor who has little experience loses time and money twice. Contact an experienced contractor the client pays only once.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
When can the contractor begin work and how many people will be needed to complete his task?
