• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  My rates are very reasonable based on my estimate of the time and level of difficulty of the project to be completed.
• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  I always do a complete work through or overview with the customer before I start any project(s). This is to insure that everyone is on the same page and that there is no confusion or misunderstanding as to what is to be done and what the customer's expectations are.
• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I am a self taught handyman. My basic skills have been developed over the years as a "Do it Yourself Homeowner" and a Owner of Income Property. I will never attempt to do anything that I do not have previous experience with or knowledge of.
• How did you get started doing this type of work?

  My Parents owned income property and I learned the basics of carpentry, plumbing and electrical work from my father and older brothers. I further developed these skills as a "Do it Yourself" homeowner and income property owner as well.
• What types of customers have you worked with?

  I have successfully completed projects for homeowners, property management companies and commercial assembly and fitness companies.
• Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

  My associate and I assembled a very complex playhouse for a customer in Henderson. This project took 3 days and there is a picture of it posted on my profile.
• What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

  With Thumbtack a customer has the opportunity to see the reviews that have been posted on every service provider. This is a great tool and with a sufficient number of reviews you should be able to determine the proficiency of every service provider before making a decision.
• What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

  Every customer should try to be as specific as possible as to the details of the work that they need to have done. The more details will allow the service provider to make a more accurate bid. Always use the notes section to provide additional information and more specific details.
