  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
      At Classy Solutions, LLC we work hard to keep our costs low and pass along those savings to every client! We offer the best value in home improvement for southern NV!
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
      A client reaches out with a home improvement need via phone or email. I request additional information or pictures if needed to provide a free estimate. If a personal inspection is required, a flat $25 service fee is charged for the visit. Once the estimate is approved, an appointment is scheduled. There is a reminder sent out the day prior to the appointment. Once the work is completed, the customer pays the invoice in full.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
      I’ve read many technical manuals and reviewed countless professional instructional videos. My main focus is DIY projects and repairs.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
      I started home repairs and improvement work with my father-in-law that is a construction general superintendent. Under his direction, I learned many skills for minor repairs, assembly and installation of many different items. After gaining confidence, I would offer to help family and friends with their home projects and tasks. The rest is history!
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
      Veterans, seniors, business owners, disabled, students and everyone in between! All neighbors are welcomed and encouraged to reach out for a free mobile estimate!
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
      I recently replaced a large skylight for an apartment building. The original one was in pretty bad condition and was basically falling apart. The tenant and landlord were very happy with the end result and it passed the HOA inspection. The entire labor process of removing the original, cleaning the debris and installing the new skylight was completed within 2 hours.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
      I always recommend hiring licensed businesses and to ensure there is mutual agreement and understanding on the expectations of each job.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
      Does this project require a permit? Is there demolition required? Is the problem inside the walls? If yes, those jobs may require different professionals.
