About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing system is per job, not hourly. The customer explains what they want to be done and I quote them a price for the job.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial contact, I like to ensure that I am clear on what the customer wants to be done. With the scope of the job and the timeline in mind, I quote my price. If the customer agrees, then we move on to getting the job done.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a university graduate, licensed electrician, OSHA certified professional. I am also a computer technician.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been interested in Electricity from I was a child. That interest grew as I got older, I studied Electricity in High School and then decided to enter the trade professionally as I got older. I am confident in my abilities and figured I could be successful in providing skilled services to customers.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
I primarily work with residential customers, property owners and landlords.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I find some joy in all of my projects, but recently I had a customer that had all the outlets in two bedrooms stop working. She had this problem looked at by other persons, but they were unable to find a solution. Within an hour I found the problem in the attic. There was a bad splice made some years earlier by a family member. The wires had come loose and there was an arc. It was a potentially dangerous situation because the splice was not in a junction box and there was insulation laying around in the attic. The customer was grateful that the issue was resolved and a potential fire hazard was rectified.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would advise customers to be thorough when hiring a pro, and be clear, but concise when explaining the work that needs to be done.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The two most important questions customers should think through are related to their budget and the timeline for the job.
