• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  We begin by sending a friendly representative to your home to conduct an inspection for your service or installation. We also provide free estimates for new systems, electrical service, panel swaps, generators, and more!
• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  We are a fully licensed HVAC and electrical contractor. Many of our employees have attended technical school or participated in on-the-job training programs. Additionally, our employees continue their education through in-house training program and factory training sessions.
• How did you get started doing this type of work?

  Carolina Preferred Services, LLC was founded by two brothers, Nicholas and Jordan Wall. Early in their life, the father of the two was a devoted entrepreneur operating his own HVAC business in the York County area. Following his footsteps, the duo worked for other companies specializing in HVAC and electrical. Eventually learning all of the ropes and creating Carolina Preferred Services, LLC. The two have created and pride themselves in continuing to provide A+ services to their communities.
• What types of customers have you worked with?

  Carolina Preferred Services, LLC works with homeowners, commercial and residential contractors, property management firms, schools, offices, churches, country clubs, medical offices, and many more. Carolina Preferred Services has a solution for everyone.
• Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

  Carolina Preferred Services, LLC takes pride in each project. Large or small. We are currently working on electrical upgrades to apartment buildings for one of our real estate clients and have partnered up to complete a large condo project in Charlotte NC.
• What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

  Customers should do their research before buying. If the price is extremely high, you should get another opinion, if it sounds like a good deal or appears cheap there may be a reason behind this. Good work is not cheap, and cheap work is not good.
• What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

  Each project is unique. It is essential ensure that the contractor is obtaining all permits and performing the proper load calculations for the project. If you feel your contractor has not all your questions, seek another opinion.
