  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
the best piece of advice I can give you is to pay close attention to see whether he or she is trying to sell you something or he or she is just trying to give you an honest opinion and let you decide what you really want to do
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
sometimes I really wish customers realized how intense my profession is and how much knowledge is really needed to do jobs I do I am an Armstrong and CFI certified installer. All of these DIY shows make it out like you could just go inand pop something in lickity split but they don't give you the back story of everything that needs to be done and checked before you go ahead and do projects there are many variables in picking out the correct flooring for the right situation and checking the substrate for suitability.
