Introduction

No one can do it better than me? When you can't do it.. you look for someone who can. Some of the competition may be cheaper, but I value service before self and excellence in all that I do (some price breaks given for booked referrals or book a second service call for a new project). 30 + years in commercial and residential electrical and acoustics engineering as foundational baseline. *Hourly rate listed on any service, is baseline/place holder, estimates required in most cases*

I was contacted by a couple about a bathroom remodel that was started by another contractor, only the demolition had been done, and the customer did not have a working toilet after the original contractor walked off the job. This was a project that had to be carefully scheduled but now the customer has a working bathroom with a new dedicated circuit, plumbing fixtures, floor, paint etc..
