      I believe my pricing is very fair. I offer discounts to veteran family.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
      First getting the best possible description or View of their problem pictures or videos, we discuss the scope of work then the price. Finally we set up a time and date that works for everyone.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
      The only training regarding the work is I have an epa certification for working with refrigerant.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
      I bought fix and flip instead of going to college. I met some great teachers along the way, then began working with them picking up the trade. Have loved the process ever since.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
      I work with any and all kinds of customers.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
      I really enjoyed moving a couch for someone who was told it wouldn’t fit down the stairs. The enjoyment I felt when the couple was just ecstatic because they had loss hope it wouldn’t leave their dining room. It took about 7 mins of planning and 4 mins of work.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
      Ensure the person you hire is someone you can trust around your home.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
      If they are willing to spend the money to replace an item if it comes to that and next have that item picked out so the professional or customer and pick it up quickly and the job can be done in a timely manner.
