About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
well. all depends on the nature of the job. if its an emergency job price will be at last- minute market price if parts, equipment available. a service charge it'll waive if hired for repair, replacements
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
consultation, diagnosis, after that we provide an estimate for repair or job in question.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
HVAC gas heating training, 2 lb. pressure natural gas fitting. blue print reading. backflow certification. universal CFC. roof top unit training.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
started as a labor hands-on the plumbing and hvac field. built my way up learning as much as I could for over 20 yrs. then asked for a change to applied my skills until my skills got recognized on the plumbing and hvac market. I get promoted and recognized by fair business practice Master plumbers and hvac Masters on the field. and eventually by the state of MD.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
customer with different type of budgets as long they understand the of prices due materials, waiting period and so on. customer who waits 4-20 days can save shopping around but can't get it right away. therefore price differ.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
there's no rush when working with gas. we always very detailed and demanding when working with gas. we practice safety at all times. rushing when dealing with flammable gas could be fatal.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
when it comes to gas fitting, gas appliance repair, replacement. going with the lowest price it isn't a good idea. because unlicensed workmanship could generate a fire hazard or life threatening consequences.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
non-flammable gas (refrigerant) leaks out and dissipate on the air there won't be no fire hazard. water leaks it will damaged walls but it doesn't have a fire hazard potential except for mold afterwards. Natural or propane Gas leak could potentially become a explosive. Gas appliances installation is not a Handyman job. just remember we have to be licensed to work on gas. Customers should ask themselves if it's worth it to get any Natural or propane gas piping job uninspected. by the Authority having jurisdiction. Does home insurance covered any gas appliances or gas piping without any county or state approved inspection? Having the Authority having jurisdiction as a third party involve on any gas fitting project is the best way to handle any natural /propane gas piping or Gas appliances even if cost a bit more is better to be safe than sorry.
