• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  When you call or fill out an appointment request online with Mr. Electric, we’ll confirm availability with you as soon as possible and provide updates throughout your experience, beginning to end. We’ll treat your property like it’s our own, using our own floor mats and shoe covers to keep dirt and dust off your floor. Our tool mats ensure no tool rests on a surface on your property. Plus, our service comes with a one-year workmanship guarantee and manufacturer’s parts warranty.
• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  All Mr. Electric locations operate under a master electrician license. This means you get a service professional who will protect your property by working safely and keeping it up to code.
• How did you get started doing this type of work?

  We started Mr. Electric of Cincinnati East to provide homeowners a stress-free experience they can trust when it comes to their electrical needs. We had too many experiences with contractors where we didn't know when they would show up, how much it would cost, or how they would treat our home. We are passionate about creating an experience that customers can count on to get the work done right, safely, and leave their home better than the way we found it. This passion is what drove us to open our Mr. Electric franchise.
• What types of customers have you worked with?

  Mr. Electric serves residential and commercial customers. We’re here to keep your home or business safe, efficient, and convenient.
• Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

  An owner of a rental property called us because his tenants were experiencing electrical system surges that were causing issues with their surge protectors, gaming systems, and appliances in their units. We responded quickly, diagnosing the problem as long-term water damage. We replaced the electrical service and aging panels at his property with a new weather head, new connection to Duke, a new meter box, and new panels for each unit. We resolved the issue with the property quickly to eliminate any safety hazards and provide his tenants peace of mind that their home was working safely and reliably.
