About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service fees are for driving to a customer site to preform work. Estimate fees if any are for estimates for work and will vary from village to village depending upon distance. The fees to perform work are additional to that. If you require a breakdown of these please contact prior to booking an appointment or requesting work to be performed. These two items are often times confused by potential clients. Please contact us if you are unsure for an explanation.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Site survey, bid, and project completion. We always keep an open line of communication with our customers before, during and after a project.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
      CLEC training every 3 years
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
Helping a friend as a teenager that owned an electrical business
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
      Commercial, industrial, and residential
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We just finished up electrical work on a pool installation in Elmhurst, project included, trenching, pipe, 6 awg wire, emt conduit, GFCI disconnect and a 60 amp circuit breaker.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they are licensed and they know what they are doing.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Complete scope of what they want done
