Introduction

I have 25 years experience in Sales, Installation, and Service of Residential and Commercial Electronic Systems. I understand aging systems and new systems alike! This is a huge value to my clients as they can utilize existing equipment while having a clear plan moving forward. From mounting flat screens to networking and home theaters, I enjoy all aspects of technology. Projects big and small are a great way to meet new clients.

About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I never charge to discuss a project. Some projects require an on-site visit to best determine what is needed and those meetings are always free.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For simple tasks like mounting flat screens a short phone call gives me all the details I need to prepare for the install. For complex projects like networking, audio systems, lighting, climate control, or home theaters I will set up an appointment to walk through the house with the client. Then I will provide a written estimate and move on to scheduling at the clients convenience.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am one of the original members of CEDIA. I've attended just about every training available regarding systems integration and consumer electronics. I continue to attend training in various areas in my industry to stay current on what's new.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
In 1992 when I graduated high school I went to work for the local stereo shop. A short time later the "Home Theater" craze began. As I was the youngest person at work I of course was voted the one to go out and install what we were selling. It seemed unfair at the time but it was really a stroke of luck.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with everybody from new home owners to ultra successful business owners and I enjoy them all. Weather it's just hanging a TV or configuring an enterprise level network I always enjoy the relationships I create with my clients. I become their Tech Handyman!
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Hanging TV's! No Specific job actually. It's just a great way to meet new clients. I love the opportunity to do these little jobs because it's rare that I don't hear from them again in the future for something else. (Big Home Theaters are great too... LOL)
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be careful! Make sure your hiring someone with experience!
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I find that most new clients have tortured themselves about every detail of a system before they finally reach out to someone like me! My advice is to start the conversation with a Pro like myself sooner rather than later and all the right questions will get asked through the process.
