Hi! my name is Tony... Im currently working as a maintenance technician at the Prarie Pointe apartments in St Charles,IL...been in the field for 8 years commercial and complex and still counting. I have a lots of experience in plumbing electrical ,etc.I also enjoy helping others get things done that they cant or don't have the time to do. i also want people to say that >Fxit< was worth it. I love challenging myself with anything and I do it the right way, so if you need help getting something done me and my tools will be more than happy to help. also I only do existing for any of my services.       that it all depends on the job. sometimes a small project can turn into a big project, been there done that we just never know, but what I do kno is that we can fix it all.

      I enjoy meeting new people and love giving all my work effort so that their satisfied and whenever they need something fixed in the future I hope they call me.

      I have my highschool diploma and also did some online courses trough previous jobs. 4 years of being a maintenance technician building and complex and still counting.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
      my dad started teaching me small maintenance projects when I was only 13
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
      I've worked with alot of nice and satisfied customers.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
      a recent job was upgrading a half bathroom from old to new. installed new sink cabinet, sink, toilet, fixture, vanity, fan and paint.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
      try to give as much detail as possible and take pics to describe the chore so that we can understand what can be the issue and give a quick estimate on price.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
      I've been working as a maintenance technician for 8 years and still counting I have seen it all. I'm self taught and when it comes to a job I love to take my time and effort completing it the right way. Being an independent maintenance tech is important to you, because I find solutions that work for you and in your best interest. I've done alot of work for my customers and they can easily say the service is great!
