  I have electrical engineer diploma

  I finish college to be electrical engineer on board of commercial fleet vessels.

  My recent project was steel bar shear control panel upgrade. Whole project took me about 40 hours to complete.

  You have to consider how aware the person is. What experience he mentioned in his profile.
