  The longer the project time the more the discounted the per hour rate. You will pay a fair amount for work to be completed corectly the first time.

  I have worked on multiple construction sites, assembled and installed multi-million dollar equipment and was a materials expert on mechanical, engine, plumbing and atmosphere systems in the US Navy.
