  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
      Although our pricing is very competitive, we are a custom company. No two jobs are the same and no two job cost the same. We will come out to your location to provide you with a free estimate so we will be able to fill your exact needs at a price that fits your budget.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
      We set a free appointment at your location to provide you with an estimate. We discuss your needs and produce a game plan together. Each job is different as each of our client's needs are different.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
      We have been providing audio and video integration systems and services for over 25 years and have the experience to tackle any project you might have. We also do our homework to continuously keep up to date on ever changing technology so our clients are sure to have the most accurate information available.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
      I worked as a salesperson in a retail management position in 1992 and found that my clients needed someone to connect their equipment. At that point there were VERY few companies that do this type of work so I started one.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
      We have worked with many different clients on smaller projects as well as larger projects. We have worked with many high profile clients like celebrities as well. Whatever your budget is we focus on great service with excellent quality to create the system of your dreams.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
      We provided a service to clients who were passionate about the final outcome of the job. These are our favorites, the ones that the client truly appreciates our work and excited to use their new system.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
      When someone makes a plan that seems too good to be true, it usually is. Too often, I get calls from clients who got into an agreement with another company who added a lot to the original quote because they didn't listen to their clients needs nor did they communicate their plan adequately.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
      A service company can provide great service, great quality or great prices. The only problem is it is impossible to provide ALL three. Choose which two are most important to you and make sure that company can provide those same two.
