What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to start off by introducing myself and learning about your project. I will then provide an estimate as needed, set a schedule and complete the project. Finally I ensure the work space is cleaner when I finish the job, then when I started working on the project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Throughout my 10-year career in the construction industry, I have honed a robust skill set that uniquely positions me to excel in the handyman business. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and an associate degree in Civil Engineering and Construction Technology. This educational foundation has provided me with in-depth knowledge of construction principles, project management, and technical expertise. Growing up on a small farm, I learned the value of hard work and developed a knack for problem-solving by assisting my father with various repairs and maintenance tasks around our property. This hands-on experience from a young age ingrained in me a practical approach to tackling any project, no matter how complex. I am passionate about providing top-notch service and delivering high-quality workmanship. My diverse background and unwavering commitment to excellence makes me the ideal choice for your handyman needs.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started helping friends, family. I realized there was a growing list of people that just need a little help around their house.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Home owners, landlords, CEOs, Airbnb and Vrbo Properties.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Helped a property owner/manager get their property up to code for listing as a short-term rental. I now continue to help keep the property running and help to combat any issues that arise.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would love to help and provide value to you. I will always strive for a five star rating by providing the best possible service. I may not be the cheapest but I will strive to provide you with the most value.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What is your budget? What is the time frame? Is it weather dependent? Who will be providing the materials? If you will be providing materials, do you know if you have all the correct materials? Do you have multiple small projects to group together? Most of the time I can give a better rate when I am able to get multiple things done at one time. Do you want to be home while work is being done? If so I work after normal business hours and on weekends.
